8. Account Suspension and Closure
555mw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time if it determines, in its sole reasonable judgment, that the account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to: providing false or misleading registration information, suspected fraudulent or money laundering activity, creation of multiple accounts, abuse of promotional offers, or any behaviour deemed harmful to the platform or to other users. In the event of account closure due to a proven policy violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at the discretion of 555mw.
